I love this guy. He gives the novice advice on all aspects of sales. The Psychology of sales, referrals, closing, resales, the seven secrets, and the emotional side of selling.
The seven secrets of selling grabbed me the most. It goes over picking friends, your limiting factors, visualization, positive talking, getting into action and more.
The books also covers the dreaded bad habits. How to recognizing them and how to stop being a slave to them. I have major time issue problems and found his advice very helpful.
I think we are all sales people. Some of us sell products but we all have to sell
ourselves to our bosses, our coworkers and even friends. This is a great all around sales book that any new or struggling sales person should take a look at.
