Beautiful photos, each mouth watering and tempting. I took a long time to review this book. I tried almost all the recipes, and invited friends over to sample the dishes with me. I have been looking for many years for a vegetarian Vietnamese cookbook that spiced the dishes correctly. To me, the spices are the most important part of the dish. The authors of this book did their research, they got out talked to the people who made these dishes then took the ideas home and perfected them into easy to make recipes for everyone to make. I could eat from this book everyday an d never get bored. This is going on my favorite cookbook shelf along with Bowl by Volger. Fresh simple ingredients, healthy clean food, quickly made, with readily available items.
