Excellent Yoga Guide for Everyday

I love this book ! I own many yoga books, programs, cds, but rarely pick them up. This book has been hard to put down. I love the way it is formatted to sections on the body you want/need to work on, with easy to follow directions and visual guide. I can go right where I want , get the exercises I need and not spend time flipping through pages. They ways it is set up makes it easy to do short mini yoga sessions which is perfect for my insanely busy schedule .
