Reading progress update: I've read 30%.
So I picked up a printed copy and read the part I just listened to. It's not the story that is sucking my interest dry- It's the narrator that is ruining the experience of this book. She reads with all the emotions of a sponge, there are no bursts of feeling, no deep voices, no whisper just a dead sponge reading.
