Reading progress update: I've read 102 out of 302 pages.
Thorin, my favorite of the gods is surprising me in this one. I'm seeing another side or is it a trick ? The vivid imagery is so beautifully written I'm savoring each word. I think this one might even be better than book 1. I ignored my green tea frappuccino to read just one more paragraph till it was a melted liquid puddle. I'm loving it !
