66 days to a new habit, just 4 min a day- I can do that. I like how she is connecting energy to positive attitude, it is very true for me. This will be a very quick read, short and sweet. I was afraid this was just for career changes but it is not it is for all. So here I go slightly altering my day to see if I can be happier
