Reading Goals For 2015
Last year's goals worked: I was overwhelmed with ARC's and my owned/borrowed reads. I resolved that I had to cut the ARC's down to two a month max and that worked fantastically. I had time to breath between them and could let go of the anxiety I felt from not following through in time for publication. It worked so I'm sticking to it again this year.
I also tried to stick out my library card more then my credit card when getting new reads and I saved some serious money for my vacation fund. I had to wait a couple weeks more for books but I didn't die or even suffer night terrors. *Reading with my fabulous library as much as possible for this year.
My goals:
1) Two max ARC's per month. One fiction one non fiction
2) Focus on series I have already started or drop them. Time to toss the midrange reads.
3) Keep the 10% rule going, if the book doesn't fit me by then let it go! Life is too short for *meh*
4) More graphic/comic/manga books I've been falling behind with my illustrated loves.
5) Have fun, no set challenges, no group reads, or order. I want to run naked through my library with my unicorn and Barrons by my side grabbing whatever is the most shinny.
6) Love my reading time ( this goes back to #2 & 3) mixed with copious cups of coffee
